Standard check in time is 14:00 to 22:00. Simple press the door bell when you arrive.

Please let me know (SMS +61403215314) if you will check in after 10pm, as I will need to organise a staff to wait for your arrival, and note that we do charge $10 per hour late check in fee for arrival after 22:00

Early check in fee of $10 per hour applies for check in before 14:00. Alternatively, you can drop your luggage early with us for a fee of $20 before 08:00 or $10 between 08:00 and 12:00.

Late check out fee of $15 per hour applies for check out after 10:00. Simply leave the room card key at the reception dropbox when you check out

A $50 refundable cleaning bond and ID will be needed at check in.

If you have a car, You can look for on street parking in the neighbourhood, or park at nearby Lygon Court for as little as $20 per day. Please visit their website for details.

On site laundry services available for $20 per load (wash and dry).

If you book for one person only, then no visitors will be allowed on property. To add visitor(s), please modify to 2 or more people in booking or contact property manager Frank 0403215314.

If you turn up with more headcounts (including chlidren) than your original booking, then we have to charge you extra $30 per head / per day entry or not able to allow you in the property. No pets allowed. There will be CCTV to monitor this.

Please make sure you have TRIPLE CHECK all the relevant pictures, size, description and reviews specific to the apartment that you book, as we do not refund for last min cancellation if the apartments do not meet your expectation.

A Queen Studio has just 1 queen bed without separate beds, and a sofa. If you book for 3 people, then the 3rd person may have to sleep on the sofa. I urge you to consider upgrading to our two bedroom apartment if you book for 3 or more people, for better comfort.

A Two Bedroom Apartment has 2 queen beds and 1 sofa.

Please observe our strict no smoking no vaping in room and house policy, offenders will loose their bond and be asked to leave immediately without compensation. We also do not tolerate any drug use here including weeds

To get to the property from airport, there are 2 options:

1) Skybus to Southern cross station, before taking a tram (route 96) to stop 13. Skybus runs every 15 mins 24/7. Train and trams operates 5am to 11pm. Total cost $30+ per person

2) Take a direct taxi $60-$80 or uber around $50-$60+.
